COVID-19 heavily impacted many industries, and the film industry is no exception. Some films have moved forward with smaller crews, while others have paused production entirely. Despite this, State Press Reporter Travis Robertson spoke to three actors about how COVID-19 has impacted their lives and found that many have chosen to focus on the positives.

Why are off-campus ASU students getting selected for random COVID-19 testing?

ASU students who have not been on campus since the Spring 2020 semester are getting chosen for random COVID-19 testing.  ASU stated at the beginning of the school year that students are required to get tested if they have been randomly selected, and off-campus students are worried that coming to campus just for the sake of taking a random COVID-19 test could put them at risk. What is media literacy and why is it important?

Podcaster Farah Eltohamy sits down with Kristy Roschke, managing director of the News Co/Lab at ASU's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Since its launch, the News Co/Lab has been conducting research and experiments to better understand how the public engages with news and information. ASU's Disability Resource Center recently changed its name to Student Accessibility and Inclusive Learning Services or SAILS. The name was changed to align with the center’s role on campus and to make students feel more comfortable seeking its services. Luguentz Dort’s gamble

Sports editors Alex Coil and Koki Riley interview writer Alex Weiner on his recent piece on Luguentz Dort, a former Sun Devil and current shooting guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Dort left ASU early to declare for the draft and while he was not picked, he found playoff success afterwards in Oklahoma City.
