Video: Dan Fulton's comeback

Dan Fulton sustained a traumatic brain injury in December of 2009 when he collided with a tree while snowboarding in Telluride, Colorado. Dan was living in Colorado pursuing his life long dream of snowboarding everyday and enjoying some of the purest, driest powder in the nation. After his injury, Dan returned to his home in Tempe, Arizona to live with his parents and begin a slow, arduous recovery. Through the assistance of Arizona Disabled Sports, Dan is able to stay active, participating in swimming, rock climbing and adaptive snowboarding. Dan takes speech classes at ASU and plans on returning to school at Mesa Community College in the spring semester.
