ASU Thunderbird students teach families different languages of the world on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020 on the downtown Phoenix campus.

The ASU Open Door event is the University's annual open house where the community can get immersed in ASU culture with hundreds of activities across the four main campuses. For Laura Rutherford, the event's Polytechnic campus organizer, it's about getting the kids excited about college and showing everything that ASU has to offer.

Overseeing the event on the Tempe campus, Darci Nagy, the Tempe special events manager, knows all of the activities available.

"Whether you're interested in sharks, poetry, dance, mars, engineering, there is literally something for everyone, for an audience of all ages," Nagy said.
