A man was shot in the hand this evening on 13th Street and Mill Avenue while working on a broken down car, Tempe Police said to ABC 15. The incident occurred when a man was working on a vehicle, and another man asked him for money at gun point.
The article stated the victim refused medical treatment.
As of 9:45 P.M. officers had not found the suspect, who is described as a man in his 30's wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt, ABC 15 reported.
