What: Traces of Japanese Life: Selections from the Melikian CollectionThe collection — on loan from the Melikian Collection — features landscapes, pottery designs, the construction of Samurai weapons and other Japanese elements. Students from Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts translated passages of hand-written or printed scripts to identify who drew or wrote the works to discover why the elements were created.
