1. How would you describe your personal style in one sentence? I would have to say chic, trendy, and bold with a little bit of funk!

2. Do you have any style icons or other influences that inspire the way you dress? Yes! I love Rihanna's bold and creative style. I follow her trends and style very often. However, I do love Max Azria's way of fashion! Love his brand and his motto: "bon chic, bon genre"- French for "good style, good attitude."

3. Where is your favorite place to shop? Favorite brands? I love H&M, Forever21, Nordstrom and the great AZ fashion find: Divaz Boutique. I also love Michael Kors, BCBG, Joes, Zara, Betsey Johnson and Free People.

4. You're a fashionable girl while still managing other expenses of college living, how do you balance your shopping allowance with other bills? Well now that I live on my own, I have learned the ins and outs of fashion on a budget. I look for trendy, inexpensive items that have multi-purposes and of course look at the sale rack! You'd be surprised with what you might find!

5. What is your most prized possession a.k.a. the favorite item in your closet? My favorite possession in my closet is my glittery H&M shorts! I love them- they are fun, bold and an eye-catcher.

6. What is your ideal first date and your go-to outfit for it? Well I’m not a big date person, so I would say dinner and something interactive so it’s not like an awkward interview-kind of date.  Something I would wear would have to be something sophisticated but sexy! Maybe jeans with an open-back shirt and heels, or a nice dress. And I would definitely add accessories- play it up a little.

7. Tell us a little more about you! Age, major, hobbies, where you're from… I am a 20-year-young junior studying Tourism Development and Management from Orange County, California. I love trying new restaurants and food!  I also love working out and I recently just started running marathons.

8. Lastly, what advice would you have for other girls looking to be fashion-forward on a budget? Don’t be afraid to just "rock it" and look at those sale racks!
