ASU Police reported the following incidents Monday:
- A 19-year-old male student was arrested on suspicion of assault and being a minor with alcohol in his body at Palo Verde Main on ASU’s Tempe campus at approximately 5:30 a.m. Sunday, according to a police report.
The man grabbed an 18-year-old female student by the neck and attempted to kiss her, police reported.
He was arrested, cited and released on site, according to the report.
- An unknown person or persons committed third-degree burglary at the 800 block of South Mill Avenue in Tempe at approximately 10:30 a.m. Friday, according to a police report.
The person or persons stole three empty beer kegs from the rear storage area of Chili’s, police reported.
The total estimated loss is $90, according to the report.
- A 21-year-old male student was cited on suspicion of criminal damage at the Sands Classroom building on the West campus at approximately 3:39 p.m. Monday, according to a police report.
The man punched and broke the glass out of a fire extinguisher case in the building, police reported.
The total estimated loss is $20, according to the report.
- An 18-year-old male student was cited on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia at Sage Hall on the Tempe campus at approximately 11:55 a.m. Thursday, according to a police report.
Police found the man to be in possession of a multicolored glass bong with marijuana residue on it, police reported.
- An unknown person or persons committed criminal damage at the Student Services Building on the Tempe campus at an unknown time on April 7, according to a police report.
The word “surrender” was written several times in a bathroom stall of the men’s bathroom on the south side of the building, police reported.
The total estimated damage is $50, according to the report.
- An unknown man committed forgery at the Memorial Union on the Tempe campus at approximately 8:20 a.m. Wednesday, according to a police report.
The man gave a counterfeit $10 bill to Burger King in exchange for two $5 bills, police reported.
The suspect left the scene prior to police being called, according to the report.
