The ASU swim and dive team not only had success in the pool, but also in the classroom as 14 swimmers and divers were named to the Pac-10 All-Academic teams.

Seven Sun Devils were named to the first team while 5 were named to the second team. Sophomores Vince Marcucci and Sean Niccolucci were also listed as honorable mentions.

With grade point averages of 3.55 and 3.96, junior divers Constantin Blaha and Elina Eggers were both named to the first team after having placed third and second at the NCAA National Championships.

Junior Rebecca Ejdervik, who has a 3.62 GPA as a global studies major, was also named to the first-team after winning a Pac-10 title this year.

Sophomores Stephen Estes and Julius Schmidt, along with juniors Jordyn Green and Derek Knittle, round out the first team.

Seniors Chris Pasanella and Brittany Jumer are the only two divers on the second team, but they are joined by three members of the ASU swim team: sophomore Lizzy Luttrell, junior Jesper Akesson and senior Katie Haron.
