Oct. 27, 2007 — It was the defining moment of a memorable 2007 season, one that saw the ASU football team finish with a 10-3 record, earn a share of the Pac-10 title and receive a bid to the Holiday Bowl.
ASU battled back from a 13-point first quarter deficit to beat No. 18 Cal 31-20 in front of a national television audience. Sun Devil Stadium was so loud that night, students said they could feel the stands shaking.
