A 23-year-old male ASU student was arrested Sunday morning at Vista del Sol on suspicion of being a criminal nuisance, police reported.
The man was arrested, cited and released for urinating in public at the above address, according to a police report.

A 20-year-old Tempe man was arrested Monday night on the 1000 block of East Playa Del Norte Drive on suspicion of concealing a weapon, police reported.
The man was contacted after being involved in a fight with his roommate, according to a police report.
When he was contacted he began walking back toward his apartment with police officers, police reported.
While he was walking, officers saw a gun fall out of his right pants leg, according to a report.
The man said the gun belonged to his roommate and that he was hiding it so he could throw it away, police reported.
After he was placed under arrest, a plastic bag containing marijuana was also found in his pants, according to a report.
He was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of possession of marijuana and one count of misconduct involving a weapon, police reported.

A 52-year-old Goodyear man was arrested Monday morning after investigation revealed he gave false information to the police department, police reported.
The man was originally contacted at the Interstate 10 off-ramp at Baseline Road on suspicion of trespassing, according to a police report.
He had been warned of trespassing four times throughout this year, according to a report.
It was later found he had falsely reported his name and fingerprints then revealed his identity and that he had a probation violation warrant, police reported.
The man stated that he used his real name and date of birth with the Tempe Police Department but used his brother’s name and date of birth with the Phoenix Police Department when he was arrested in the past, according to a report.
He was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of third-degree trespassing and one count of false reporting, police reported.

A 26-year-old Guadalupe man was arrested early Monday morning on the 1500 block of West Baseline Road on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, police reported.
The man was initially stopped after he was seen riding his bike against the flow of traffic, according to a police report
A search of the man revealed a small bag containing a crystalline substance believed to be methamphetamine in his pants pocket, police reported.
He was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of possession of dangerous drugs, according to a report.

A 23-year-old Tempe man was arrested Sunday morning on the 1800 block of East Apache Boulevard on suspicion of driving under the influence, police reported.
The man was stopped in his vehicle after reportedly committing a traffic violation, according to a police report.
Police noticed signs of impairment and after investigation he was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, police reported.
During the arrest the man attempted to run from police and had to be taken to the ground, according to a report.
He was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, police reported.
