ASU police reported the following incidents Monday:

An 18-year-old ASU student was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage and being under 21 years old with alcohol in his body at Manzanita Hall Friday morning.

A resident assistant reported seeing the student, who was wearing red and black body paint, attempting to tear a door off its hinges. The student then reportedly tore a phone from the hallway wall and threw it down the hall.

An empty bottle of Smirnoff vodka was found in the suspect's room, and the suspect said he had "a couple" of alcoholic beverages, police reported.



An 18-year-old ASU student was arrested on charges of minor consumption of alcohol and being under the age of 21 with alcohol in his system Sunday morning in front of the ASU police station.

The suspect allegedly stated he was walking back to his dorm room and got lost.

When asked if he had had any alcohol to drink, he allegedly said "very little" and that he had some shots of vodka and Coke.



Tempe police reported the following incidents Monday:

A 25-year-old transient woman was arrested on charges of prostitution Thursday evening on the 1200 block of East Apache Boulevard.

She reportedly advertised sexual services on the Internet and arranged to meet an undercover officer to have anal sex for a fee of $250.



A 41-year-old Tempe man was arrested at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on Friday afternoon on charges of attempted kidnapping, aggravated assault and assault.

The man allegedly tried to tie his wife down to a bed with cords earlier in the day. He also reportedly hit her in the face, got a rifle and told his wife he intended to shoot himself.



A 22-year-old ASU student was arrested on charges of urinating in public on the 400 block of South Mill Avenue Saturday morning.

"Officer saw urine exiting his body via his penis which was outside of his pants," police reports stated.

The suspect "was very disrespectful to officers, ... incited them to fight him" and called them vulgar names, police reports stated.
