ASU police reported the following incidents Friday:
A 34-year-old male ASU student reported his bike stolen at Coor Hall Thursday evening.
He parked and locked his bike with a U-lock at about 7:30 p.m. on a bike rack on the south side of the building, police said.
When he returned at about 9:25 p.m., his bike was gone, police reported.
There are no suspects or leads at this time.
A male ASU employee reported a USB drive and other property stolen Thursday evening at parking Structure 1.
He had a gray bag with him sitting next to his motorcycle at the parking structure at about 6:15 p.m., police reported.
At 9:20 p.m., he realized he left his bag at the structure. When he returned, his bag was there, but the contents were reportedly gone.
His day planner, pen and pencil set, USB drive and blank checks were gone, police said.
There are no suspects or leads at this time and the estimated loss is $140.
Tempe police reported the following incidents Friday:
A 22-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested Friday morning on the 600 block of South Mill Avenue on charges of theft and obstructing a public roadway.
The man was stumbling in the road, police said.
He allegedly blocked an officer's bicycle, while putting on the officer's bike helmet.
A 34-year-old Kent, Wash., man was arrested Friday morning on the corner of Broadway Road and Priest Drive on charges of extreme DUI.
The man was allegedly passed out in the driver's seat of his rental car on the roadway.
The vehicle was running and in drive with the man's foot on the break, police reported.
When he woke up, there was a very strong odor of alcohol and he admitted to drinking "too much," police said.
The man blew a .188 breathalyzer test, police reported.
A result above .15 is an extreme DUI, according to Arizona driving laws.
A 22-year-old male ASU student was arrested Thursday evening on the 100 block of West Fifth Avenue on charges of possession of marijuana.
He was found sitting in the front passenger seat next to two bags of marijuana, police said.
The marijuana sat in the cup holder and he said he knew it was there, police reported.
He was booked into Tempe City Jail and released.
