Athletics ruining future alumni support
I consider myself a loyal ASU sports fan. I go to every game. I cheer loud enough that I end up hoarse. I was at the SportsCenter filming. Heck, I'll even put up with boneheaded policies. I can handle wristbands that just make life a hassle. I can live with making the students stand outside the stadium well after the official opening time. I can handle making all the students enter from the back because they're afraid we'll rush the field. I can even accept having a day game when it's going to be 100 degrees.
But on Saturday, I found out I'd had enough. I was turned away from the USC game for having, and I quote, "too much water" (in approved-size, factory-sealed containers, of course).
Listen well, Lisa Love. I'm done financially supporting ASU athletics. I've bought my last ticket. Every athletic department tries to build an alumni fan base for finances, and I understand that. But you build that fan base with graduating students. When you treat those students like garbage, they will not come back.

LSU guilt not warranted
Stop giving people a hard time for not selling out the LSU game. Some of us wanted to go but couldn't because of work. In fact, quite a few students have to work in order to pay for school. And even if they wanted to go and could afford to through their meager wages, [some] just weren't physically capable of doing it.

WMU still maintaining the humor
I want to say thanks to Joseph Bowen for writing WMU. Usually college-sponsored comics suck, but this is not one of those. This is evident by the fact that it's still popular and printed daily. Keep up the funny, Joe.
