ASU police reported the following incident Thursday:
A 19-year-old ASU student was arrested and cited at Palo Verde East at 350 E. University Drive on Wednesday for having alcohol in her system. The suspect's friends allegedly transported her to Tempe St. Luke's Hospital because she was feeling bad. After waiting for two hours, the suspect had her friends take her back to the dorm where they called 911, police reports said.
