Police also reported that three people were allegedly disturbed by "his loud yelling and swearing prior to throwing the calculator."

A 56-year-old Tempe man was arrested on the 1400 block of South Stanley Place on charges of disorderly conduct early Wednesday morning. The man was allegedly "making unreasonable noise with his radio" according to the arrest record. Officers allegedly heard the man's radio as far as 100 feet away from his residence and issued him two warnings. On the third visit, the man allegedly closed and locked his front door, leaving the radio on inside.

A 19-year-old Phoenix woman was arrested on charges of shoplifting Tuesday afternoon at the Safeway located at 926 E. Broadway Road. She and another suspect allegedly left the store without paying for baby food and diapers valuing $299.64. The other suspect reportedly fled the scene in a green Dodge Neon and was not located.
