The ASU women's basketball team enjoyed its Thanksgiving weekend.
By outscoring their two opponents by a combined 92 points in two games, the Sun Devils (4-1) left the Thanksgiving Classic in San Antonio with two more victories and set some records in the process.
The team enjoyed one of its most impressive victories in years on Saturday, as ASU tied a school mark for the fewest points ever allowed during a 102-30 victory over Prairie View A&M.
Six Sun Devils scored in double figures in the contest, as true freshman point guard Reagan Pariseau and junior center Kristen Kovesdy led the way with 14 apiece.
The team also set an ASU record with nine three-pointers, including four by Pariseau and three by senior guard Kylan Loney. The Sun Devils also outrebounded the opposition 43-9.
On Friday, the Sun Devils kicked off the tourney with a 73-53 victory over Seton Hall. The team committed a season-low 13 turnovers -- a statistic it was looking to improve in -- while shooting 49.1 percent from the field.
Senior forward Betsy Boardman enjoyed her finest performance since returning from the second blown-out knee of her career, as she led the team with 14 points on 5-for-8 shooting from the field.
Loney and sophomore forward Emily Westerberg each chipped in 13 points.
Westerberg and senior shooting guard Carrie Buckner were named to the all-tournament team.
ASU will return home this weekend to host the Wells Fargo Holiday Classic. The team will face Alabama State on Friday and either Gonzaga or Nevada on Saturday.
