According to Tempe police officer Jeff Lane, 27-year-old Ramon Ignacio Pinion Aranda was taken to Scottsdale Osborn Hospital on Saturday after he was found unconscious on the ground by the restaurant.

Witnesses said Aranda and the suspect were having a verbal argument when the suspect punched Aranda in the head, knocking him to the ground.
The suspect was last seen running south on Mill Avenue shortly after the incident.
