Devil Dish: Rack 'em

How about some love for a kicker?

No, I'm not talking about ASU sophomore Jesse Ainsworth, although his pair of field goals Saturday were critical in the 48-42 win over UCLA.

I'm talking about Arizona Cardinals kicker Neil Rackers.

On Sunday, Rackers drilled three field goals, all of which were from 50 yards or longer. His efforts paid big dividends for the Cardinals, who upended the Seattle Seahawks 25-17 at Sun Devil Stadium. They also provided a boost for fantasy owners.

With about 15 fantasy points, Rackers outscored several big-name players, including Seattle running back Shaun Alexander, Indianapolis running back Edgerrin James and New Orleans wide receiver Joe Horn. He even bested his own teammate, Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald.

"I just hit them all the same," Rackers said of his three field goals, which were from 55, 55 and 50 yards respectively. "They could have been 20-yarders. The way the ball flies out here, you just want to hit the ball smooth, and it will go."

Good thinking ... Rack 'em!
