Police Beat: Pizza thief


Tempe police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

A 33-year-old Tempe man was arrested Saturday near the 1000 block of West Broadway Road for indecent exposure.

A 35-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested near the 600 block of First Street Sunday after police alleged he ordered a pizza over the Internet using someone else's credit card. Police charged the man with two counts of credit card fraud after the suspect tried to order a second pizza.

A 34-year-old transient was arrested near the 700 block of South Myrtle Avenue Sunday night. Police charged the suspect with possession of drug paraphernalia after he allegedly took two used syringes out of his shirt pocket. The suspect reportedly told police, "I use them to shoot up heroin."

A 32-year-old man and his 32-year-old girlfriend were arrested on charges of domestic violence assault Monday afternoon at their residence near the 8000 block of South Grandview Drive. Police alleged the couple hit each other after an argument over a cell phone.
