Status: Read here for updates on what wasn't working from the week before. If a problem is fixed, you'll get that information. If a problem still hasn't been fixed, it will go to the Dog House.
Who's responsible: The person or department responsible for fixing the problem will be printed here with contact information. If a dorm shower hasn't had warm water for a week, readers will know where to call to complain.
