Tempe police reported the following incidents Sunday:
A 37-year-old Guadalupe man was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia near the 2400 block of East Apache Boulevard. Police responded to reports of a man seen walking into oncoming traffic. Upon arrival, police saw him stumbling along the north sidewalk. Police believed him to be under the influence of an illegal drug. He admitted that he was carrying a syringe and that he used it to inject heroin.
A 20-year-old Mesa man was arrested on three counts of sale of marijuana near the 700 block of East Lemon Street. He allegedly sold marijuana to undercover officers on several different dates.
A 26-year-old transient man was arrested on charges of trafficking, stolen property and vehicle theft near the 500 block of West Broadway Road. He allegedly sold a stolen DVD player to an undercover officer. The player was identified as having been stolen from Radio Shack.
A 19-year-old Glendale woman was arrested on charges of forgery and reporting false information to police. She allegedly presented a stolen check for payment at a Wells Fargo Bank and gave a fictitious name to police when questioned. A records check revealed that she had two felony warrants.
A 43-year-old Tempe man was arrested on charges of assault and domestic violence near the 900 block of East Guadalupe Road. He allegedly became involved in an altercation with his wife at her place of employment. She received swelling and bruising to her eye and was taken to Tempe St. Luke's Hospital.
