Police Beat: How to drill a hole with your girlfriend


Tempe police reported the following incidents Wednesday:

A 45-year-old transient man was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure near the 100 block of East Southern Avenue. He allegedly exposed his erect penis while masturbating in the lobby of a Checksmart in front of two female employees.

A 26-year-old Tempe man and his 20-year-old girlfriend were arrested on a charge of shoplifting at a Target near the 1800 block of East Baseline Road. Store security saw them concealing several items and leaving without paying.

A 25-year-old Phoenix man was arrested on a charge of furnishing alcohol to minors near the 400 block of West Baseline Road after he reportedly purchased a 30-pack of Budweiser and provided it to three underage subjects.

A 24-year-old Tempe man was arrested on charges of misdemeanor assault and domestic violence near the 0 block of West Carter. He allegedly shoved his live-in girlfriend backwards into a wall, creating a three-by-four-foot hole.

A 61-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested on a charge of forgery near the 1100 block of North Scottsdale Road.
