Tempe police reported the following incidents Sunday:
A 21-year-old Guadalupe man was arrested near the intersection of Broadway Road and College Street on charges of theft of means of transportation and misconduct with weapons. The man reportedly fell asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle that he had stolen several days prior. A handgun was also reportedly found in the vehicle.
A 30-year-old Phoenix woman was arrested near 5000 Arizona Mills Circle on charges of theft of services after she reportedly failed to pay her $51 bar bill at Gameworks.
A 34-year-old Guadalupe man was arrested near the intersection of Baseline Road and 48th Street on charges of having an open container of liquor in his vehicle.
A 28-year-old Mesa woman was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and domestic violence after she was reportedly involved in a physical altercation with her boyfriend outside a sports bar.
A 37-year-old transient man was arrested near the intersection of University Drive and Price Road on charges of assault after he reportedly struck the victim in the upper lip with his right fist.
A 28-year-old Tempe man was arrested near the 2000 block of East University Drive on charges of indecent exposure after he reportedly walked naked down the street. When arrested, the man reportedly made admissions to "being naked as God intended."
ASU police reported the following incidents Sunday:
An 18-year-old Tempe man was arrested near the 300 block of East University Drive on charges of minor in possession of alcohol after he was reportedly seen carrying a clear bottle containing a yellow translucent liquid.
A DPS vehicle reportedly collided with a motorcycle near the 700 block of East Lemon Street. No injuries were reported.
A bicycle was reportedly stolen from Cholla apartments. Total estimated loss is $230.
A camera was reportedly stolen from the Psychology building. Total estimated loss is $855.
A bicycle was reportedly stolen from the Physical Sciences, A-Wing. Total estimated loss is $100.
A computer monitor was reportedly stolen from the Languages and Literatures Building. Total estimated loss is $200.
