Officers arrested the woman after she entered her beige Chevrolet Tahoe while fleeing a domestic dispute, police reported.
Upon contact, the woman had bloodshot, watery eyes, a flushed face, slurred speech and appeared to be “extremely emotional,” according to the report.
The woman admitted to consuming between three or four alcoholic beverages prior to operating her car and carried a distinct odor of alcohol, police reported.
She blew a blood alcohol content level of .145 percent, according to the report.
Her 14-year-old daughter was in the passenger seat of the vehicle while her mother attempted to leave the home, police reported.

Officers approached the man after he had been seen warned for trespassing on private property, police reported.
During a routine search, police discovered a tin container in the pocket of his shorts that contained a baggie of marijuana and a syringe, according to the report.
The man admitted to carrying the marijuana, but said he had a legal marijuana card that he could not provide at the time of the arrest, police reported.
He said he had used the syringe to inject heroin, according to the report.
