An ASU student was found deceased by members of ASU Police Monday.

The student had been enrolled during the fall 2015 semester, but was not enrolled for spring 2016, according to ASU Police.

An autopsy and completion of an investigation are still pending, ASU Police said. However, some local news sources have indicated it may have been a suicide.

"Our thoughts are with his family at this time," ASU Police spokesperson Nicole Franks wrote in a statement.

If you or someone you know is looking for help dealing with suicidal thoughts or actions, the ASU-dedicated hotline is 480-921-1006. This number is available 24/7. Counseling services can also be reached by appointment.
