ASU vs No. 7 UCLA: By the numbers

Check out the important numbers from ASU's upset win in Pasadena

ASU football's historic win in Pasadena last night was the first time the Sun Devils upset a Top 10-ranked opponent since toppling No. 6 Oregon in 2002. 

We selected some of the most significant numbers from Saturday's game:

Points ASU scored in the win. It is the Sun Devils's third straight trip to Los Angeles when they've won a game in the last minute and scored 38 points.

Time of possession for ASU in its win. The Sun Devils had the ball for over a full quarter longer than UCLA and ran 22 more offensive plays, enabling ASU to dictate the pace of play.

Length of redshirt senior quarterback Mike Bercovici's third quarter touchdown run. The run was the longest of his short career and the longest touchdown run of the season for the Sun Devils.

Yards per carry ASU held UCLA star junior running back Paul Perkins to Saturday aside from his 29-yard run. that set up his eventual one-yard touchdown. With the 29 yards added, Perkins's YPC is still just 3.5, over two yards lower than his season average entering the game.

Players from both ASU and UCLA influencing sophomore running back Kalen's Ballage 23-yard, game-sealing touchdown with 45 seconds left. Ballage backed in to the end zone as redshirt junior tight end Kody Kohl and redshirt senior quarterback Mike Bercovici dragged him along.
