ASU football senior wide receiver D.J. Foster was the first big-name in-state player to come to the University under head coach Todd Graham.
The move has paid off, something he commented on at the end of summer workouts Friday.
"I feel blessed to be a part of this community and be a part of this team," Foster said. "This was one of the best decisions of my life coming here. Most definitely."
As part of Sun Devil Athletics' "Countdown to Kickoff" video series, they spoke to Foster in a new video titled "The Fit."
Foster, a Saguaro High School (Scottsdale, Ariz.) product, spoke volumes about Graham and his decision to become a Sun Devil.
The 5-foot-11, 195-pound weapon is converting from running back to wide receiver this season, and is the only active FBS player with more than 1,500 rushing and 1,500 receiving yards for his college career. He has never missed a game, and caught at least one pass in each of his 40 games.
