Suspended ASU football linebacker Davon Durant will be arraigned on March 25, following a grand jury's indictment.
The formal indictment on Tuesday meant Durant's scheduled preliminary hearing for Wednesday was vacated.
Durant was offered a plea deal on March 16, the date of his status conference, according to minute entries. He will next appear in Maricopa County Superior Court on March 25 at 8:30 a.m. for his arraignment.

EDITORIAL: ASU football holds no position for misogynists
Durant is being charged on three misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and one count of felony aggravated assault after his girlfriend filled out a domestic violence lethality assessment form and said he choked her, according to a police report.
The woman later said he had not hurt her and that she would not aid in prosecution, but two witnesses — one of whom said he saw a man slam the woman’s head into the dashboard of a vehicle twice and the other of whom was in his apartment when he heard a woman scream — are still willing to aid in prosecution.
Two days later, the woman told police she lied about Durant choking and hitting her, police reported.
However, police reported that she didn’t want Durant to get in trouble because he plays for ASU football.
Durant has been suspended by ASU football indefinitely.
