Raise your hand if you’ve ever looked at your tuition bill and shaken your head. Raise your hand if you’re tired of seeing loans in the place of grants and scholarships.

Every February, the focus is on Valentine’s Day, candy hearts, passion and all that lovey-dovey stuff.
